Need help with TuneVale? Email jiangbingfen@fluffdiary.com with your iPhone model, iOS version, TuneVale version and the steps that led to the problem. Include the error message if one appears. Do not send passwords, payment card information or identity documents. If an audio sample is needed, use a short example without private or unrelated personal information.
We use the email address, message and attachments you provide to respond to your request through Tencent Enterprise Email. You can use the same address for privacy questions and requests to access, correct or delete information you have sent us.
What is free?
You can edit, preview and save drafts for free. Basic exports without Pro processing are free in MP3, M4A and WAV. Exporting audio with vocal/accompaniment separation, speech noise reduction, two-track mixing, pitch shifting or EQ requires an active TuneVale Pro subscription. All subscription plans include the same Pro export features. The app shows the current price before purchase.
How do I restore my subscription?
On the TuneVale Pro subscription screen, tap Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account associated with your purchase. An expired subscription will not unlock Pro exports. If restoration fails, check your connection and try again. Do not share your Apple Account password with support.
How do I cancel renewal?
Manage your subscription in your Apple Account's subscription settings. Canceling renewal does not immediately end access; an active subscription remains available until its expiration date. See Apple's cancellation instructions.
Why is there no sound?
Check the iPhone volume, audio output device and the speaker toggle for each track. At least one track must be unmuted to export. Preview the current edit before exporting.
Which files can I use?
Import supported MP3, M4A, WAV or AAC audio, or extract audio from MP4 or MOV video. Sources must be between 0.1 seconds and 30 minutes long. Protected or unsupported files cannot be processed. Cloud files may need to finish downloading first.
How do I back up my work?
After export, use Share or save to Files to keep a copy in a location you choose. Audio exports preserve the rendered sound, not a complete editable-project backup. Deleting the app normally removes its local data; save important work first.
Does TuneVale upload my audio?
Audio processing takes place on your device; the app does not automatically send your audio to us. If you email an attachment to support, we receive the attachment you choose to send. App Store purchases, the privacy-policy web page and services you choose, such as iCloud file access or sharing, may require a connection. Read the Privacy Policy for more information.
Why do separation or noise reduction results vary?
Separation can leave bleed or artifacts. Compare the result with the original. Speech noise reduction is designed for spoken recordings, not songs or instruments; excessive strength may affect the voice. Preview and adjust before exporting.
